Our Volunteer development framework ensures that all new volunteers are adequately supported whilst on program and given an opportunity to learn valuable skills and experience.

Made possible with the support of Edmund Rice Community Services and partnership with Tabor College, our volunteer development framework provides ongoing opportunities of growth and skill development through access to industry training, support with licensing and ticketing and provision of professional development sessions.

Experienced volunteer leaders who wish to, are provided opportunities to contribute in executive roles such as Camp coordinator, Pastoral Care Facilitator, First Aid officer or Pool/Water Life Guard.
