We're excited to announce that in 2021 our ERCSA Staff team is expanding with a new role, a Community Support Coordinator.

The Community Support Coordinator will have a number or responsibilities including to:

  • plan, facilitate and manage stakeholder engagement in programs

  • work with Senior management in the development of programs

  • build relationships with key external stakeholders

  • promote the work of ERCSA through digital platforms and networking opportunities

  • provide administrative support including maintaining an accurate database

  • ensure programs meet ERCSA and Child Safety and Protection policies, protocols and procedures

  • facilitate meetings, provide program reports to the ERCSA Manager
