A few weeks ago we had our 2020 Leaders' Weekend, where over 20 volunteers gathered over two days to spend time together reflecting and growing as a team.
Some of the feedback from those in attendance was that the sessions were “great for self-reflection and growth as an individual”. They also said that there was “…a really great vibe among the leaders. The sessions were varied and all very relevant/useful”.
Big thanks to ERCSA Board members Katheryn, Mahendra and Tiff for their time in running sessions on communication, our story, and social change respectively. Another shout out to volunteers Alex and Elizabeth who walked their peers through a session on our values and human rights in the context of ERCSA.
