To complement our already existing Advisory Board, ERCSA are looking for (at least) two highly knowledgeable and passionate individuals who will bring a fresh perspective and want to be part of working towards achieving our mission.
We are specifically seeking a new board member to undertake the responsibilities of financial oversight. The organisation is seeking someone who has experience in either, accounting, book keeping or commerce. All finance reports and administration is currently undertaken by a central office.
The responsibilities of this role center on liaising with the Advisory Board and the Executive Officer in response to financial matters, overseeing the development and submission of budgets, and presenting monthly financial reports to the board after receipt from central office.
We are also seeking expressions of interested from individuals who have a background, skills and experience in areas such as governance, compliance, fundraising, advocacy, community service, community development, networking, communication systems, volunteer management and human resource management, and are committed to the work of ERCSA.
ERCSA is now embarking on an exciting new phase of its development, and the organisation is seeking skilled, self-driven individuals with a passion for social justice and an ability to lead by serving and empowering others.
