Fundraise for ERCSA at the
Help us create purpose and hope for kids & fundraise for ERCSA at the Westpac City-Bay Fun Run Presented by the Sunday Mail (19 Sep).
Thank you for considering fundraising for Edmund Rice Camps SA at this year's City-Bay.
This year you can fundraise on Grassrootz for ERCSA, with all funds raised going into supporting our camp programs. The first 10 fundraisers to reach their target will receive free entry into this years City-Bay.
Here's how you do it:

Get in contact with us to let us know you will be fundraising for our cause.

Set a fundraising target between $500 and $1,000 (or more if you're a superstar fundraiser).

Register to fundraise here. You can register as an individual fundraiser or as a team (a workplace or school for example) for ERCSA.

Raise as much as you can through social media. If you'd like any ERCSA photos get in touch and we'll send them through, otherwise you can use the link to your individual fundraising page.

Once you have reached the fundraising target, contact the City-Bay Fun Run office at admin@city-bay.org.au, who will confirm with us or on the fundraising platform Grassrootz that you have reached the fundraising target.

Once confirmed, if you are within the first ten people to hit your fundraising target, you will be given a promotional code to be used during the registration process for a free entry to our event in 2020.

You can then register for the City-Bay Fun Run on the City to Bay Website by clicking here.
Please note before continuing:

There is a limit of 10 promotional codes (free entries) available per charity. 1 per person allowed.

If you would like the free entry, please wait until you receive the promotional code after reaching the fundraising target. You can also register at any time if you do not wish to use a free promotional code.

If you do not meet the fundraising target, or if more than 10 people get free entry codes before you, you will need to register and pay for the event through the City to Bay website. Registering on Grassrootz or another platform will not give you entry to the City to Bay.

How to fundraise
We encourage you to fundraise via your personal networks and social media. Please ensure any posts or fundraising efforts are in line with ERCSA's values and the policies of Grassrootz & City to Bay.
If you are a current ERCSA volunteer would like any social media posts, here are the templates that we can do up for you. Just send us a message and we'll make it happen. We can also send an unedited ERCSA photo of yourself on a program. You can also use your fundraising page from grassroots to set your own goals and updates for your donors.
